England, your history
Golf was first played in England in 1766 at Blackheath, after King James I of Scotland had reunited the throne. And it was at Westward Ho! that the oldest course in North Devon (designed by Tom Morris in 1764) was built. Since then the history of golf has never stopped for 700,000 English golfers and nearly 2,000 courses to enjoy from spring to fall. Cheers! But before going to celebrate this great History and yours in the clubhouse, enjoy this clever game, with a putt in Sandwich town at Royal St George's 1887, but also at Swinley forest in Ascot, or at JCB golf country, with its impressive par 3 at 17. Yes sir, the story goes on, have a good trip !
