This trip can be done as a self-drive tour with a rental car and ferry to Islay (allow for an extra night) or with transfers from Glasgow airport, and flights from Glasgow airports with Loganair to Islay.

Note: We suggest you fly into Glasgow International Airport, then book a Loganair flight to Islay. There's an early morning flight leaving at 0800 hrs, so you'll probably need to stay in Glasgow the night before. There's also a 1710 hrs flight if you flew from France earlier in the day. The flight takes about 30 minutes.
