Spain, the desire for golf
Spain is full of courses all along the coast and inland. Faced with such an embarrassment of riches, we might as well choose the most beautiful jewels. Courses that have to be deserved, and wasn't it at Valderrama for the 1997 Ryder Cup that Tiger Woods, as a beginner in the competition, trod and stumbled with the American team in front of the Spanish ardor? Ranked in the world's top 100, it holds some nice surprises as does Finca Cortesin, regularly in the top ten Spanish courses. The latter is delightfully hilly and very strategic.
